This one helluva classic German style Hefeweizen is unfiltered, leaving tasty yeast behind to create a creamy texture with notes of banana and clove to mingle through out. With the classic Hefeweizen malt build of 50% Pilsner / 50% Wheat, this brew finishes dry with just a touch of sweetness for one helluva tasty treat.

My first beer at my first visit to the brewery in Raleigh. A solid beer, very well made. Good, medium body a golden orange color. More American than German, but I'll still take it.
