I thought this would be a lot like drinking Yeungling Traditional, not special, but drinkable and cheap, so I picked up six on sale for an early session before heading out Saturday night. Nasty stuff. Looked like beer soda, offensive aroma and flavor somewhat like carbonated listerine. This is one to avoid, don't be duped by the moderate price and sharp label.

This is made by Rolling Rock and it would not surprise me if it has rice and corn in it like Rolling Rock. It has an off sour taste sort of like that putrid Yuengling Lager.

Not bad, It was the special at the BLUE DOG TAVERN in lansdale Pa, a great place to try beer. It reminded me a bit of Coors I had out west. A clean tasting brew with real flavor. Not a fake or copy of anything. I wouldnt buy it by the case it doesnt have flavor like imported, but I would by it again for a buck a bottle. Try it if its there.

This one is essentially the same as any other American mass-produced with perhaps a little moe maltiness. Far from outstanding, about the best that I can say is that I would take it from tap over most other swill.

I would call this a good basic beer. It doesn't qualify as swill. It has a nice amber color and medium head. The flavor is good for what it isn't. It is not overpowering in any particular flavor but it is well rounded and will hold up to food while other beers of this basic type would have faded to the point to where you may as well have been drinking water. It isn't one of the worlds premier beers but a decent, drinkable everyday beer.

While the aroma of this beer is a tad sour the taste is excellent. It has a nice, smooth flavor. The appearance in the glass is gorgeous with a beautiful amber color and thin layer of lace. If you enjoy lagers please give this one a try!
