Made with a grain bill of 100% oak smoked wheat malt. We’re bringing in another traditional beer style originating from Grodzisk, Poland. Sometimes referred to as “Polish Champagne”, this style is a dry, non-filtered, highly-carbonated session beer highlighting the flavour from the oak smoked malt. Pairs excellent with seafood. Can be used for cocktails (think of it like an oak smoked club soda).
