Our first wine barrel aged beer. This beer has been aging for 8 months in used Chardonnay barrels and further aged in the can for another 6 weeks until just right. The result is a mineral forward, stone fruit, lightly hopped ale that is unlike any of our other beers. This is the first of many wine barrel beers to be released in small batch forms. It’s a joy to see how different beers react in different barrels with zero intervention until canning
