We've brewed our filtered IPA for 13 years, and never considered offering the REAL (unfiltered) version that is naturally carbonated just as it comes out of our fermenters. Well here it is! We hope you enjoy our REAL IPA.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick layer of head, leaving excellent lacing. Very fruity nose, citric lemon peels, apricots and pears, hints of some sour grassiness and some underlying sweet malt. Wonderfully floral and fruity hops hit the tongue immediately, intermingling with some light caramel and sweet grain, followed by an assertive bitterness of lemon peels and pine needles. Very tasty English IPA, Limited Edition? Aww...

    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 7

Poured a clear amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of grass, citrus fruits, sweet malts. Taste of the same, sweet malts, with a grassy, and lightly bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel.
