This is a collaboration brew between @spindriftbrew and Lone Oak Brewing. It is a showcase of lager brewing and 100% PEI ingredients. @shorelinemalting provided crisp and bready Pilsner and Munich Malts, while @islandhopcompany provided the zesty and floral ultra hops. This beer experienced a two month turnaround, it is unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Modelled after a Dortmunder, it has a very hard water profile to accentuate hop character.
