This is the big brother to the brewery's popular C-Note. A deep copper color with a piney, citrusy, floral and resinous aroma. It features a rich carmel malt finish with an endless developing hop presence from all seven of the "C" hops.

Better than c note, but still a little overly malty sweet for my taste. Full body, good flavor but not aromatic enough to be a really good iipa. Ok...

Beer no. 6 of my 12 Beers of Christmas 2012. Copper amber pour with a medium white head, ample lacing. Pleasant hops aroma, piney and slightly floral, some citrus zest, nice malt backbone, sweet and caramelly. Taste follows the nose with a somewhat balanced flavor, big hops that are piney, a tad floral and then oranges and lemons, then a big dose of maltiness. Well-balance IIPA, nice effort.
