THE SELKIE Our newest beer as of May 2023. This was a concoction that was to purposely test the Professional-Amateur team of brewers’ skill sanctioned by the Arizona Homebrewers Society (ASH). The recipe consists of Scottish malt and German Malt combined with three hops, Mt. Hood (variant of Hallertau Mittefruh), East Kent Goldings, and Magnum. This is a Scottish take on a German Altbier. 4.9% ABV 29 IBU
