Poisson Grand is our strong(er) saison, brewed with 100% Ohio ingredients: barley, wheat, rye, and oats, malted at Haus Malts, hops from a few farms in the greater Cincinatti area, and wildflower honey. It’s light, but the oats and rye provide a surprisingly silky mouthfeel. It’s fermented with our “farmhouse friends” blend of saison and Brettanomyces yeasts. Look out for bottles soon!
