Sampled on draft at LB. This beer is nearly identical to their American Amber with just a bit more roasted barrley character. A fine beer, just not sure why they have the brown & amber.

From a growler. Pours a nice clear brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet with caramel undertone. Mouthfeel is light, with a well balanced sweet flavor. A good brown overall.

Sampled at the brewpub. Poured a clear brown color with a light brown head. Good lacing. Aroma like most brown ales, malty with a hint of brown sugar and caramel. Flavor was sweet and brown sugary with a toffee hint to it. Pretty good.

Uninteresting aroma, some roast. Malt focused but semi-dry in the mouth. Low bitterness but nice toasty malt, some roast and some cara flavors. Not shabby.
