pours a clear maroon-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring, with short strings of lacing. the aroma of herbal yeast, fruit, malt and strong aroma of beets. The mouthfeel is medium body with nice carbonation. The taste is beet, stone fruit, yeast and doughy malt. Beet character is way to strong at least for me. Fyi I can't stand beets!
