This is the 5th Beer in the Lighthouse Big Flavour Series. Uncharted Belgian IPA was fermented with two different yeast strains; a Belgian Abbey style that produces a nice ester flavour profile with spicy notes and a classic West Coast India Pale Ale strain that showcases the punchy and tropical fruit flavoured Riwaka hops from New Zealand. This is a lively and dynamic 7.5% alcohol beer that is presented to you in its purest form, cloudy and unfiltered. Uncharted Belgian IPA is a very unique style of beer that is best enjoyed well chilled and served in a stemmed tulip glass.

Crystal clear golden orange with a tall fluffy white crown floating on top....... FAWK!!! Ten minutes later and I still have two inches of foam floating on top. Aroma is way more West coast then I ever expected this would be. Soapy grapefruit, fuzzy peach...... hoppy is what this aroma is, I think I can hit some Belgian style yeast but that might just be in my head do to the beers name. Taste is pretty much the same but add a medical quality. The more I drink the more I hit bubble gum, possible yeast (really that's the same thing) Bitterness builds the more you drink. Drinkable, forgettable, not boring, why would I ever pay to drink this again?? WHY?!?!?!?? Me think I'll drink that Hopstupid I have in the fridge now......Why you ask because Hopstupid is awesome that's why!!!!!!!

From Central City, in a bomber. Poured three finger's worth of creamy ivory head over a clear amber body. Pleasing aroma, with hops and I;m sure spices and yeast. Flavour was just as good and so was the aftertaste; again with the hop and yeast balance, plus what I'm sure was a peppery finish.
