Bière single malt and single hop à l’amertume prononcée herbacée et résineuse. Le Nelson Sauvin, connu pour son aspect Sauvignon blanc, apporte des arômes rappelant les raisins verts, les groseilles et le melon. En arrière-plan, quelques notes maltées et légèrement mielleuses se font sentir.

Lightly unfiltered with a bunch of tiny particles floating around, creating a tad haziness. The head is bubbly, white, with average stay and some decent soapy lacing spots. Got a nice whiff of white wine grapes at can opening, but seems to disappear quickly, leaving more of the single malt with a touch of grassiness. Hints of tropical and stone fruits do come out. A soft vinous note happens in the taste with a fairly good, slow building dryness, leaving a grassy bitterness. The mouthfeel is slick and oily at first. Not a bad SMaSH IPA - but was expecting more wine characteristics and less dry-bitterness in the end.
