330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Les Fous glass an unfiltered slight gushing and cloudy amber-orange coloured ale with a two fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Many floating sediments. Good lacing. The aroma is mild aromatic and floral hops, grainy malts. The flavour is strong floral hops, fruity, strawberries, spicy with a touch of pepper and grainy malts. The mouthfeel is fulled and smooth. This medium bodied ale has a long hoppy bitter finish. A very enjoyable and tasting ale from the Bretagne.
