330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Les Fous glass an unfiltered cloudy straw-yellow coloured ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Many sediments. The aroma is resinous hops, yeast and fruits. The flavour is yeast, rich resinous and piney hops, fruity, citrus, oranges. The mouthfeel is slight creamy, smooth and very bitter. This light to medium bodied ale has a long hoppy bitter finish. A rich flavoured hoppy bitter ale from a tiny brewpub ( 70 hl in 2010 ), lost in the depth of Bretagne. A quite exiting ale.
