Copper blonde a lot of pressure when you open it releasing a lot of gaz.Let it rest in a big open glass appropriate for belgian ale and you won't be disappointed...Fruity flavor with a lingering yeast on the palate and a bit too bitter possibly but nonetheless quite satisfying.Subtle fruity-yeasty aroma this is definitely a beer i reccomend...

Bottle: Poured a cloudy beige color ale with a big foamy head with great retention and lacing. Aroma of dry malt with some Belgian yeasty finish. Taste is comprised of dry malt with a strong yeasty finish reminiscent of artisan bread. Body is about average with some adequate carbonation. I think this is lacking some character (spice, sugar) to make this worthwhile but interesting nonetheless.

Bottle has lots of pressure, as it popped when opened. The creamy off-white head is huge, long lasting and carbonation is very active. Alcohol nose with some bitterness and mild Belgian yeast and some fruit. Patchy lacing all over. Blonde, heh ? After shaking the bottle around to get all of those spices at the bottom, the brew was quite cloudy with a caramel colour. Wow, head is still alive and refuses to go. The taste is special, but the negative thing about it is its metallic flavour. The rest seems alright, with a nice lingering bitterness into the aftertaste. Glad to try this small nanobrewery and hope they continue to develop other brews.

Pours a dark amber with a large soupy foam head. The aroma is spicy fruits and a touch of caramel maltiness. Nothing superspecial in the flavor, but a relaxing beer.
