English The deep colour and powerful aroma of the Brown beer are the result of a subtle blend of special roasted malts. Ideally, it should be sampled at 8C in order to fully appreciate the sophistication of its caramelised taste which flatters the palette. A mixture of caramel and chocolate malts bring out its dark colour and chocolaty flavour, hints of coffee and full-bodied nature. Its creamy, full head carries a fresh bitterness across the palette.

Pours a clean copper colour with a small beige head with minimal lacing. Fruity dark malt aromas with some yeast. Nice roasted malt with a little hop in the finish, adding some mild bitterness. Light molasses in the aftertaste, once it warms up. Decent brown ale with fruity notes.

Arrived with quite minimal head and has a coppery/light brown appearance. Aromas of roasted malts, nuts and mild toffee. Flavours of nutty roasted malts, light notes of ginger, hints of chocolate, but just enough to say. Toffee and mild caramel as well. Warming sensation and prickly mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Not too bad.

The beer poured a solid translucent brown colour with a rocky tan coloured head. The aroma was nutty malt, floral hops, and some caramel. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was nutty malt, sweet malt, with a bitter finish.
