Un sorbet mangue citron accompagné d'une boule de crème glacée à la vanille. C'était la spécialité de la crèmerie du camp de vacances auquel les 2 frères allaient chaque été. Inspirée de cette tradition nous avons concocté cette bière réunissant ces deux saveurs qui vous fera inévitablement retomber en enfance.

Slightly unfiltered with tiny particles through the golden colour, a big white frothy, foamy head, very long retention and creamy streaky lacing. Lemon aromas of its peel at first, then the vanilla kicking in and a mango hitting up later. Flavours of hops giving grassiness before the citrus zest and then, vanilla lingering softly. A pretty smooth milkshake IPA that has still hop bite in the taste. Drinkable.
