Charles-Henri était reconnu pour sa force légendaire. Champion incontesté à tous les tournois de bras de fer, il était capable de nous soulever au dessus de sa tête d’une main seulement, même quand nous avions 5 ou 6 ans. Mais il était surtout reconnu pour son grand coeur: l’équilibre parfait, quoi! Cette IPA légèrement dorée est délicate tout an ayant du caractère. Elle offre un merveilleux équilibre entre les malts et les houblons où perce un voile d’amertume qui se déguste à la toute fin. Nous la nommons en son honneur et souvenir.

Pours a clean amber colour with a long lasting head and lots of lacing. Hoppy aromas with caramel malts and hints of spiciness. Mild roasted malt taste with caramel notes and some decent hops balance with toasted malts that lingers. Decent dry mouthfeel and an overall well-balanced IPA.
