pours a medium sized cream head that drops quickly with minute lacing. Color is reddish brown with moderate streaming carbonation. The aroma is maple (a lot of maple), wheat, bread dough, and a bit of citrus. The mouthfeel is light and very frothy, somewhat astringent in the finish. The taste is rich roasted malts, some wheat and maple (a little milder than in the nose) with a bit of citrus bitterness to round it out. In the end it was like drinking maple syrup.
