With sweet caramel malts and a variety of hops that offer a well-balanced bitterness and piney, floral notes, our IPA is sure to tempt any thirsty sailors. Leaving the island of Calypso on a bed of temptation, Odysseus prays for strength to resist the song of the seven sirens.

Last of their 4-pack of mixed beer, and pretty happy so far with this brewery. Slightly unfiltered with very tiny particles. Golden colour with an orange hue. Beautiful big fluffy, kind of creamy warm, light-beige head with good retention and full thick lacing patches. The caramel malts appear in the nose at first pour, but not too sweet, and well balanced with other cereal malts. The hops come in to finalize things. Hoppy, bitterness in the taste. Malty base with some decent grassiness. Smooth, silky mouthfeel with a decent dry finish. A very nice old-school IPA that completes my tastings from this Calgary brewery. And a very nice experience it was.
