Pours barely translucent chocolate with a thick and lasting buff head. Aroma gives up roast malt, nutty, cinnamon, and subtle woody tones. Flavor yields a symphony of notes, including roast malt, caramel, nutty, anchovy, rum, caramel, woody hop and subtle earthy components. Texture features perky fizz and smooth, fair body. Magnifique indeed!
