Pours clear topaz with a thick ivory head (Left Nut, you really need to get a different brand of corks - the ones you are using are impossible to get out of the bottles without corkscrews!) Aroma gives up sweet apricot and pomme, plus raw malt and, yes, a hint of ginger. Flavor presents apricot, pomme, raw malt, a little ginger and a bitter, woody hop undertone. Texture offers fair body and peppy fizz. Exotique indeed.
