Typically used to describe home runs that go so long and deep they practically enter orbit, Moon Shot Double IPA has classic tangerine and pineapple flavours, plus aromas of white peach and juicy cantaloupe from a heavy dose of Cryo Pop and El Dorado hops. Rounded out with a touch of sweetness and body from the addition of golden naked oats, Moon Shot is a smash hit!

Small can from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy off-white head with thick dirty lace and has a hazy orangey coloured appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of yeast, floral and citrus hops, also some grassy notes and subtle wheat. Flavours are mainly citrus and tropical fruit, some notes of melon and very subtle lemony hints. Some mild bitterness on the palate. Drying mouthfeel.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a big frothy, bubbly, kind of creamy white head, good retention and leaving some full foamy lacing. Particles floating around. Aromas are a nice blend of citrus hops with herbal notes. The taste shows this grassiness, but the orange peel and lemon zest do show, with some good juiciness. Yep, quite a nice juicy Double IPA.
