When the go-ahead run is scored, it gives a team the lead position, dramatically propelling them forward in a close game situation. Bursting with plump, fresh raspberries, tart lemony hibiscus, and a gentle saltiness, our Gose evokes that same dramatic celebratory moment in any game.

The beer pours a translucent rust colour with absolutely no head, although there is a white ring around the edges. The aroma is sour grains, tart raspberries, and light yeast. No hints of hibiscus. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tart raspberries, light yeast, and grains. The tartness is mild compared to other goses I’ve tried. -

Small can from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy bubbly white but dissipates quickly to very little. Has a ruby red coloured appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of yeast, berries, coriander, mild spices. Flavours are fruity, lots of berry notes as the raspberry is immediately noticeable. Some notes of yeast, a little bit of floral and spice as well. Has somewhat of salty and tart finish.

Pours a hazed, pink-amber colour with a bubbly light-pink head, fizzing away leaving a small collar. Beautiful fruity-sweet aromas of the raspberry juices, with the floral hibiscus, saltiness and sourness. Then, the big yeast-tartiness hits you. The mouthfeel is quite sour at first, going through the raspberries and finishing on the tartiness, lingering. The salt is well-blended. An all-around very nice fruity gose.
