Hey, a Grimoire that does not show much infection ! Well, maybe just the fact that the sourness works with this one. Fruity nose of strawberries and cherries, with the sour notes in the background. This does not show much in the taste, as the cherries already have this hint, but in here - mostly the fruity and mild sweetness. Peach-pink, hazy with head that fizzes away quickly, leaving a little ring. The lactose is what adds the light sweetness, but it is not overly. Not really a Milkshake IPA, but a Milkshake easy-drinking beer. A better one for this brewery.
