Can that pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a very big white frothy-foamy head that stays a long time and leaves thick soapy patches. I do like the aromas in this one (did I just say this with this brewery!!)? Nice yeasty Belgian ale nose with some decent sweetness, balanced grassy notes and freshly grated zest from a bunch of citrus fruits. The taste is not bad, with the citrus giving a refreshing orangy feel. It is just not as strong, but still decent. Is it possible that Grimoire disinfected their stuff, got their shit together - after so many years, and will now make good beers ??? I am really hoping, as this is nice.
