750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange Witbier with a generous four fingers slightly beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, coriander and fruity, citrus. The flavour is wheat malts, spicy, coriander, pepper, fruity, citrus, herbs and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is crispy and fizzy. This light to medium bodied Witbier has a dry spicy finish. An easy and pleasant Witbier from a newcomer, Jerôme Ducrot. Welcome, young brewer !
