Notre IPA d’inspiration Nouvelle-Angleterre dégage des arômes de fruits ainsi qu’une explosion de pêches, d’agrumes et de fruits tropicaux dès la première gorgée. Le houblonnage à froid de notre USS Vermont traditionnelle à été doublé, pour une finale plus aromatique et haute en saveurs.

Double Dry Hopped version that pours a fairly clean (at first), golden colour with lots of active, very tiny bubble carbonation creating a big creamyish white cap. Herbal aromas with some raisin notes, hints of citrus and oats. Citrus zest taste with some grassy bitterness and drying finish. Again, getting some raisins, and a tad wax. Gets a touch hazier as it pours. Not a bad DDH IPA with good dryness, grassiness and bitterness.
