Inspired by a New England IPA The Milkshake is a dessert version of this beer. The addition of lactose and natural apple pectin gives it a very creamy texture and a very dense haze. An intensely hopped beer with a mild and balanced bitterness. Want to try it?

Hazy light-golden, kind of yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good lasting and left is nice creamy-bubbly lacing. Had a not so pleasant aroma of rusty water at first, but this seems to go, and a nice fruity nose of citrus and pineapples appears. Some grassy hops blend with this. The taste shows a little lactose, but the hops are freshly taking over with some nice bitterness, grassiness and dryness. Some beautiful fruitiness lingers. Quite easy to drink with some well-balanced hoppiness.
