Pours clear bubbly orangy amber with a thick, though effervescent, eggshell head. Aroma delivers notes of sour fruit, mainly apple with hints of pear and berry, and fresh malt. Flavor features fruity and malty notes, not quite as sour as the aroma suggests, but still enjoyable - apple and berry plus a snip of pear, and raw malt.
