Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Sampled at the brewery on 3/22/2013. This weizen/dunkel bock pours a medium dark amber color from the tap. Medium to large sized white foamy head. The aroma is bready, caramel, dark fruit, cherry. And sweet. A medium bodied dunkel. The malts are bready, caramel and sweet. The hops are earthy and herbal. Decent carbonation. Some dark fruit/cherry flavors, not to sweet. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
