The Classic American Lager has become a modern staple, and as craft beer trends toward more flavour and complexity there are still many who relish the simplicity of a cold, sudsy beer. Old Dog Organic Lager is our high quality, small batch offering so Calgarians never have to choose between excellence and refreshment. Made with 100% organic Alberta barley and 100% organic hops, this lager starts slightly malty sweet and finishes crisp. We put a modest twist on the classic continental style, using the new Opal hop variety from Germany to give a slight floral spiciness on the nose.
