From what we could gather, this has been brewed before with an american yeast strain, but we were all diggin the light fruit and spice notes from the belgian yeast. Definitely added character and complexity to what was a pretty nice summer brew. Aroma of clove and apricot, flavor much the same. Very light hopping. Went back for 2nds.
