Brewed with our pals over at Fork, a beautiful restaurant in Mobile, to pair with their entry in Canada’s Great Kitchen Party culinary competition. This rustic Saison is brewed with Munich malts to give its orangery colour, Escarpment Lab’s Saison Maison yeast, and has a large addition of delicate German hops. Notes of pepper and spice make it a great sipper to have alongside more hearty meals as the weather turns colder.
