pours a slightly hazy gold with small white head that quickly recedes to small bits of foam. The aroma is yeast and some mild vague citrus. The taste is bready and slightly sweet, a little herbal, staying bready and sweet, though. Lingering sourdough sweetness on the palate. The mouthfeel is on the heavier side of medium bodied with lots of carbonation.
