Spin Dive Summer Gose (goes-uh) will lure you in with its pleasant tartness and splash of lime. Sea salt and a hint of black pepper are added to hook your attention. This is one catch that won’t get away. The style originated in Germany, drawing its unique flavour from the Gose river, by the salt mines. Spin Dive is a mildly tart ale that we’ve added just a hint of sea salt to taste. The Spin? A twist of lime and black pepper for a little splash and spiciness. What a catch! Pours a golden colour with very, very tiny particles just giving a tad unfiltered touch. Off-white head, dissipates quick enough with a little lace spots. Light sweet, fruity malt aromas with some peppery notes. Flavours of lime with its zest and maybe mild hops balancing some bitterness in the end. Hints of saltiness. The pepper warms up the mouthfeel. Not sure a complete Gose (laking sourness), but a decent summer light beer.

The beer pours a translucent gold colour with a non-esistant white head which is quickly relegated to 'film status'. The aroma is light wheat, barley, and earthy hops with the added bonus of wak citrus. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is on the salty side which is a propos for a gose. There are also notes of grains of citrus to round out the flavour. Average at best for a Gose.
