    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

On tap at the brewpub pouring up hazy deep gold with a totally opaque core, a nice bright white head and some sheet lacing. The aroma is like sticking your nose into a cold fermentor just prior to pitching the yeast. I get notes of fresh crispness of grainy malts, a bit of lemon acidity, spicy hops, malt sweetness and a little bit of floral hops. The taste begins soft and nearing creamy with low carbonation and it has a bit of grainy to wort like sweetness to a thin layer of sweet malts. Those notes are balanced nicely by modest levels of lemon citrus hops and spicy hops and hints of floral hops and a touch herbally-ness too. It seems to end thin, watery and slightly wort like with lingering spicy-floral hops and a thin layer of yeast coating my mouth but very refreshing and easy drinking and should be dynamite on a summer day in FL. Loved it. Franz needs to make more.
