On tap at the brewpub pouring murky brown with copper hues and full frothy tan head. The first sniff of the aroma was all yeasty and wheat. Further inspection reveals a sense of mildly roasty malts too. The taste begins with a quick mild pulse of floral to spicy hop bitterness that gets quickly swallowed by wheat, yeast and growing ripe banana. In the background are just noticeable notes of floral and slightly drying roasted malts. Overall it also seems a touch estery here and there which seems to add interest and depth to the experience.
