Session NEIPA. Petite soeur de la Ta Meilleure, la Ta Moins Forte met en valeur les houblons citra, mosaic et ekuanot. De style « Session NEIPA », elle offre toutes les qualités aromatique, visuelle et gustative d’une IPA du Nord-Est, avec un taux d’alcool permettant d’en apprécier plus d’une ! Au nez, l’agrume et les fruits tropicaux des houblons sont très présents, de même qu’en bouche. Débordante de saveurs malgré son faible taux d’alcool, la Ta Moins Forte est la bière de soif par excellence des amateurs de houblon !

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a big bubbly white top that lasts a long time and leaves soapy lacing residue. Mostly pineapple aromas from the hops. Same for taste - pineapples and a waxy background. It is juicy and really not bad for 3.8% ABV, but that hint of wax is kind of ruining it a bit for me. Slight tart and thankfully enough zest to not have a sweet, fruity finish. Good to chug after cutting the grass - I guess when that time comes.
