Brown ale. Gagnante aux World Beer Awards 2017 comme « meilleure Brown ale au canada » dans sa catégorie, L’Ordre de Toast est un produit unique sur le marché. Les Brown ales étant peu nombreuses au Québec, celle-ci se différencie grandement des autres sur le marché avec son côté rôti qui rappelle les toasts brulés. Tirant d’avantage sur le côté malté que houblonné, elle représente très bien le style. Elle offre un corps moelleux et met en valeur une composition de malts de spécialité qui apportent des notes caramélisées et torréfiées. C’est la « bière-déjeuner » officielle!

Pours a slight hazy copper colour with a big creamy-frothy light mocha-coloured head with great retention and some creamy streaks of lacing left. Aromas of roasted malts with notes of chocolate, liquorice, caramel, grassy hops and toasted barley. The taste shows the malts being watered-down, as the hops are pretty present... all the way. Gets quite bitter in the finish, but not too dry. A very hoppy brown ale with not too much toastiness - as the name says.
