A traditional German sour beer with a North Coast twist brewed using Sea Buckthorn and local Mussenden Sea Salt. Named 'Up The Dunes', chiefly because there is quite a lot of Sea Buckthorn bush in the sand dunes along the North Coast where the small bright orange, pungent, tart berries grow.
