Orge torréfiée qui donne un goût de chocolat noir. L'avoine lui confère une fraîcheur qui est soutenue par son amertume de café. Une noire très douce et mielleuse. Google Translation: Roasted barley which gives a taste of dark chocolate. Oats gives a freshness that is supported by its bitterness of coffee. A very sweet and honeyed black.

Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. Poured a dark brown (almost black) colour with red highlights. Its head was creamy, tanned with long retention. Had a good coffee and chocolat nose with a mild creamy mouthfeel. Nice roasted malt flavour with slight smokiness. Lacking maybe a bit of bite (should be stronger), but other than that, quite a good brew.
