Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. Poured a clear amber colour with a big creamy long lasting head. Very good lacing that was quite creamy. The nose was mildly fruity and the mouthfeel, dry, but refreshing. Nice cereal malt with mild fruitiness and slight bitterness into the aftertaste. This one was a good looking and great tasting cream ale.
