Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 6
750 ml capped bottle. Poured a gushing and unfiltered hazy golden-orange coloured Witbier with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, cloves, fruity with a citrussy touch and an unexpected hoppy bitterness. The flavour is wheat malts, cereal, spicy, pepper, coriander, fruity, citrus and a heavy aromatic hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is round and quite thin. This light bodied Witbier has a long hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant and refreshing Witbier from a tiny brewery, and quite unusual with its great hoppy accent.
