    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in a shaker pint glass an unfiltered and hazy ruby-brown coloured IPA with a generous two fingers beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, strong coffee beans, alcohol, flowery hops. The flavour is roasted and caramel malts, brown sugar, fruity with nutty notes and a solid flowery hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, a bit sticky and quite thick. This medium to full bodied IPA has a dry fruity and hoppy bitter finish. For French beerdrinkers a well hopped Ale.
