Purchased at our new IGA in Cantley. Pours a dark brown colour with some ruby highlights. Nice creamy beige head, good retention and a little lace. Smooth roasted malts at first, but dark fruits do come out eventually. Hints of chocolate. Alcohol is a little apparent in the taste. Flavours of roasted malts and not much else really. No sweetness from the oatmeal. Nothing really special.
