Cool and sparkling, this beer is a reinterpretation of Bavaria’s Kristallweizenbier. Its crystal clarity, produced by a subtle filtration, sets it apart from other whites, which are often cloudy.

Not as Kristall-clear as expected for the style - so a little hazy, light golden, with a white bubbly cap, good retention and some nice creamy-foamy lace. Cloves are present in the nose to give it some spiciness with some banana notes from the wheat and sweet yeast. The taste is milder, but the cloves are also there. The wheat is light, but refreshing. Crisp mouthfeel. Some hints of metal, but not enough to deter from liking this one.
