Bière cuivrée aux arômes floraux de houblons frais. En bouche, le palais est envahi par une franche amertume puis est soutenu par le malt et le houblon. La finale est très longue et toute en houblons.

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color beer with a huge foamy head with excellent retention. Aroma of metallic hops is quite dominant with a small base of caramel malt. Taste of weird hops; dry metallic with a slightly sour finish – and light caramel malt doesn’t really do anything to me. There is quite a lot of sediment at the bottom and body is a bit watery for the style. Another so-so effort from this brewery.

copper looking...aroma is quite weak for an IPA just a scent of hops...Mouthfeel is definitely on the bitter side alongside a soft carbonation...Flavor is respectful of the style which mean very hoppy but there is a lack of malt...Definitely not one of my favourite but once in a while it does'nt hurt...And very important this microbrewery is a collective of non-conformist sharing part of their profit to some good social cause.
