Ideal for special moments, when only the best is good enough. An exclusive recipe : Made exclusively from a spring barley malt of exceptional quality. Brewed using water from the Bellefontaine source in Champigneulles, with its high mineral content, notably magnesium. A long maturing process produces full flavour and attractive fruity notes.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is paper, grains and hay. Flavour is sweet malts, some grass, hops and very weird sweet notes. Slight rubbery notes in the finish. Weird brew, and not too pleasant.
